Acknowledge inquiry and subsequent correspondence. |

Compile resume of categories mentioned in the inquiry from Data Bank, scrutinize and send reply. |

Apprise clients for advertisement, when resume is unavailable, obtain sanction with competitive rates and add format layout or inform relevant advertisement is being released. |

Seek approval on expenditure for advertisement and release advertisements in appropriate newspapers. |
 |
Compile resume from local advertisements, scrutinize and forward to clients. |
 |
Transmit specimen of Power of Attorney, Demand Letter, Licence copy to clients for obtaining the same, duly attested by Foreign Affairs Ministry and clients Chamber of Commerce. |
 |
Forward advertisement bills for reimbursement. |
 |
Obtain names of short-listed candidates with detailed employment offer including other terms & conditions. |
 |
Get approval of candidates on employment offer and obtain passport. |
 |
Mobilize candidates for interviews as per interview schedule by the employer. |
 |
A minimum time period of at least 10 days required to mobilize the candidates. |
 |
Preliminary screening of the candidates by consultants / clients representative adopting following criteria, wherever applicable: |

Short listed / selected candidates to be advised of selection and obtain passport. |

Advise selected candidates to be medically fit and obtain Medical Fitness Report. |
 |
Forward Medical Report, Passport Copies, and Photos to client for processing of Visa. |
 |
Receive visa and other documents from client. |
 |
Ensure that the candidates are deployed within 15 days of receipt of visa. |
 |
Complete visa processing formalities such as medical / certificate attestation / obtain emigration and stamping of visa on passport as per embassy formalities. |
 |
Arrange PTA or ticket for traveling from travel agent / airlines for candidate with confirmed booking. |
 |
Secure emigration formalities wherever required on the passport from Emigration Section of the Ministry of Labor. |
 |
Inform client in advance regarding candidate's arrival. |
 |
Clear the candidate with all relevant information concerning the client and the country, work environment etc. |
