process We apply a 5-step systematic approach to identify and focus on the needs of the clients:

Analysis
In-depth understanding of the clients business, culture and objectives.
Identify the skill set and interpersonal characteristics required in a position.
Identify and gather a comprehensive position, specification and job description.
 
Strategy
Customize tailor made search criteria to clients needs.
Draw candidates from our database, personal contacts, and network of ALM International alliances including advertisement in print media based on the advice from the clients.
Screening
Comprehensive assessment of candidates against specifications.
Short-list the candidates to minimum number.
Presentation
Submit written profile of candidates with assessment and background information.
Arrange and facilitate the interviews for clients against request.
Selection
Active participation for effective contribution in the selection process.
Assist clients in negotiating to reach mutually acceptable and comprehensive terms.
The above approach has been re-defined and re-categorized by the following sub activities to ensure smooth selection and deployment.
Communicate with clients and offer services.
Acknowledge inquiry and subsequent correspondence.
Compile resume of categories mentioned in the inquiry from Data Bank, scrutinize and send reply.
Apprise clients for advertisement, when resume is unavailable, obtain sanction with competitive rates and add format layout or inform relevant advertisement is being released.
Seek approval on expenditure for advertisement and release advertisements in appropriate newspapers.
Compile resume from local advertisements, scrutinize and forward to clients.
Transmit specimen of Power of Attorney, Demand Letter, Licence copy to clients for obtaining the same, duly attested by Foreign Affairs Ministry and clients Chamber of Commerce.
Forward advertisement bills for reimbursement.
Obtain names of short-listed candidates with detailed employment offer including other terms & conditions.
Get approval of candidates on employment offer and obtain passport.
Mobilize candidates for interviews as per interview schedule by the employer.
A minimum time period of at least 10 days required to mobilize the candidates.
Preliminary screening of the candidates by consultants / clients representative adopting following criteria, wherever applicable:
     (a. General Appearance and Personality.
   (b. Communication Skill
   (c. Technical Skill / Competency
   (d. Experience
   (e. Working Knowledge
   (f.  Proficiency Test, Trade Test wherever necessary
   (g. Overseas experience / driving licence
Short listed / selected candidates to be advised of selection and obtain passport.
Advise selected candidates to be medically fit and obtain Medical Fitness Report.
Forward Medical Report, Passport Copies, and Photos to client for processing of Visa.
Receive visa and other documents from client.
Ensure that the candidates are deployed within 15 days of receipt of visa.
Complete visa processing formalities such as medical / certificate attestation / obtain emigration and stamping of visa on passport as per embassy formalities.
Arrange PTA or ticket for traveling from travel agent / airlines for candidate with confirmed booking.
Secure emigration formalities wherever required on the passport from Emigration Section of the Ministry of Labor.
Inform client in advance regarding candidate's arrival.
Clear the candidate with all relevant information concerning the client and the country, work environment etc.
