TIPS FOR EMPLOYERS

“DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED FOR INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT”

In order to assist in conducting interviews and recruiting candidates internationally from India, the prospective candidate and its employer need to organize a few documents depending on the following countries of employment.

Kuwait

Generally the Indian Embassy attests the following documents:-

	Contract
	Demand letter
	Power of attorney
	Declaration form
	Original Visa (2 sets) is issued by Indian Embassy.

Bahrain


	Original NOC
	Emigration documents required on individual’s name, and it should be attested by Indian Embassy.
	Agreement on Employment (to be submitted in triplicate along with a copy each of the NOC. Commercial registration of the Firm and Work permit).

Qatar


	For Emigration Special Power of Attorney/Demand letter/ Employment Contract (for all candidates without a high school diploma. All the mentioned documents must be attested by Indian Embassy).
	Indian Embassy to attest sponsorship declaration form for emigration suspension.
	Visa Copy

Oman


	For Emigration Special Power of Attorney/Demand letter/ Employment Contract (for all candidates without a high school diploma. All the mentioned documents must be attested by Indian Embassy).
	Indian Embassy to attest sponsorship declaration form for emigration suspension.
	Visa Copy

UAE


	For Emigration Special Power of Attorney/Demand letter/ Employment Contract (for all candidates without a high school diploma. All the mentioned documents must be attested by Indian Embassy).
	Indian Embassy to attest sponsorship declaration form for emigration suspension.
	Visa Copy

KSA


	Authorization letter to the Saudi consulate shall be, duly attested by Saudi Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including copy of the visa payment slip.
	For Emigration Special Power of Attorney/Demand letter/ Employment Contract (for all candidates without a high school diploma. All the mentioned documents must be attested by Indian Embassy).
	Indian Embassy to attest sponsorship declaration form for emigration suspension.
	Invitation letter from the sponsor, addressed to Consular General, Saudi Consulate must be attested by Chamber of Commerce or 2 visa slips from Ministry of Interior and yellow visa slip for residence visa to be arranged.
